I live in the Pacific Northwest and need some help with the basics of caring for my lawn at a rental I recently moved into. We're moving into Winter soon, and I have been reading that I probably should have aerated several weeks ago...what can I do to ensure that my lawn looks just as healthy this Spring as it does now. Mowing? Feritlizers?...Also, we are in charge of weeding...should I buy some kind of weed and feed product for the landscaped areas??
