First Sound Effects spotting..

OK, we all know that music is re-used allot, but what about sound effects? It might be fun to try and spot the first time a sound effect is used and figure out which show originated it.

For instance, Turtles. Shredders Mother : 'Attack a poor defensless woman, will you?' There is a loud klaxon sound in the background. I've heard this effect in countless other movies after turtles, and just now in a commercial. Dunno if Turtles originated it...

The Portal Sound effect. I've heard it in a few other places, most notably Familly Matters where Urkels evil Steve Bot glasses light up. But have not heard it before.

Real Ghostbusters: The Ghostbuster blaster sound has been used in a few anime. As well as the PKE Meter effect. I have not heard it before the GB movie...

What about the sound effect they used on Darkwing Duck whenever Megavolt fired his electric gun? I've heard it in several cartoons since then, but when was the first time it was used?

I've heard the crash effect that ends with what sounds like a lone empty tin can bouncing around in many a cartoon. I'm guessing it's from the Tex Avery/Chuck Jones era.
