...for usmc boot camp? i'm currently 14 just to let you all know. i have been giving this a lot of thought recently and i want to join the military. it's been my dream since i was born to be in the armed forces. now anyways, i want to get my body used to atleast a couple things to expect at usmc boot camp. heres what i started doing after school. taking a 45lb. plate and putting it in a backpack, and walking 1 mile, with 10lb ankle weights on. then i jog 1 mile immediately after that, (without the backpack on), then i walk 1 mile (without pack on), but with ankle weights on. what else can i do, besides that. and also, is that a good workout to get ready? i have 5 years before i enlist so....
