I'm pretty sure other PS3 games have been released as well. Since in general the PS3 is not readily available to play backups, these are mostly released for archiving purposes (or so they say).

PS3 games have been ripped and uploaded for a while. The scene thought it would be a good idea to have a pre-prepared repository of files for when the security is down, that way it saves time for the releases themselves.
 
Hopefully someone will create a loader with the exploit from geohot soon.

It's not possible dude, if you read the threads properly you would notice that this is the first PS3 game ON BT!!! I know the scene has been preing PS3 backups for ages now.


First pre: NFL_Madden_2007_USA_BLUERAY_PS3-PARADOX, followed by a dir fix: NFL_Madden_2007_USA_BLURAY_DIRFIX_PS3-PARADOX
Last pre: MAG_ASiA_PS3-HR

The same happened with PSP dumps, First pre was: Ridge_Racers_JAP_PSP-PARADOX. If you read the nfo they had a theory of burning the iso to a umd :P.
 
Back when the PS3 came out, SCT had a bunch of PS3 games. They stopped upping them, probably because they were pretty much useless.
 
there have been several attempts to create bootloaders for the PS3 and many have worked for a small period of time until they were patched and rendered useless.
