First interview tomorrow with Taco Bell. . . Help?

To be 100% honest, Taco Bell could not care less about your school achievements as long as you stayed out of trouble, have a clean record, have transportation, healthy, and a flexible schedule.

Don't dress too professional, just neat and clean. If you overdress, you are trying too hard which makes it seems you are covering up flaws. If you dress too sloppy, you give the impression you don't care.

Be open, friendly, smile, and well mannered.

I've been in several interviews, here's the most common questions for fast food jobs:
1) any past experience?
2) do you have transportation?
3) what is your schedule?
4) can you work on weekends? overtime?

Okay, I'm 15 and I'm really surprised that they called me for an interview with this economy and everything. I've never been to a real job inteview before, I have a paper route, but I don't remember if I had an interview. So, what papers do I bring to the interview? Do I need to bring a work permit because I'm only 15? Do I need to bring a resume to show what activities i've been in my first 2 years of high school? Or no, because I have no real job experience? Sorry about the questions but I'm totally clueless. I know how to dress because of NHS and DECA experiences. My interview is tomorrow at 3, 45 minutes after I get out of school. Also, what questions will she ask me and who do I go to when I walk in to speak with the manager? One more question, what do I say to the person I'm asking, do I say something like, is your manager here? Can I speak with her please? I know her name is Melissa, but she never gave me her last name. Sorry this is really long. I'm just clueless.
