first interview ever at sport chek!? what should i do? so nervous!!!!!?

I HAVE AN INTERVIEW ON WEDNESDAY!:D
my first job interview ever
some questions....
-what should i expect?
-do i need references? (i was asked for resume, not references though)
-what questions should i REALLY prepare for
-how long after the interview will it take until i know the result?

if i got called a couple hours after handing in a resume, is that a good sign?
