first flash need help

Hi everyone how is it going? Well this is my first flash seems to have went ok, the verizon xv6700 recognizes cricket but every time I try to activate *228 it says it is unable. The old cell is still connected and I cant get through to cricket. Thanks.
 
call 800cricket and have them change the esn on your account

then you can program the nam on your phone by dialing the ##778 code and adding your min/mdn
 
Thank you for the help I have come a little ways now but still a newbie. I am now trying to do a 6.1 build but not sure if I am ready..... :buddies:
