First film you watched in the Cinema?

I know the first film i was ever taken to see was Grease on a family holiday in Blackpool coz my older sister wanted to see it but being only two i slept all the way through it!

The first film i saw and stayed awake through was The Neverending Story and i still love that film!

Theres quite a gap between the release dates of these films so im guessing the cinema was a not often repeated treat or something in our house! :)
 
Mine was The Rescuers many years ago with my Parents, the next was Grease and then I think Superman.

Ghostbusters was the first that me and my brother were allowed to go to on our own, Barnsley Odeon I think.

We went as a family (not my brother, he was too small) with my mum, her sister, and my two cousins.

The part where Gertie screams, my cousin screamed out loud in the cinema.

To be honest, I don't think I really remember it that well. I remember being told about it, but I was only 5.
 
Babar the Elephant when I was 5 :D It would have been Moonwalker though, but I was ill so I never had the chance to go see it at the cinema.
 
The one I remember was Jaws when I was 7 or 8. I probably saw something else before that but it can't have had any lasting effect because I cannot remember. :D
 
Lady and the Tramp when i was about 6 with a friend of mines the same age with our mums.. through most of the film i remenber me and my friend pretending to be dogs and barking out loud during the film, i dont think the other people there watching were too happy about that.
 
I've just bought Jaws Special Edition on DVD ... still scares the pants off me each time i see it :o

first i saw was Raiders of the Lost Ark .. we'd gone to a roller-rink called Wheels for my sisters birhday but it was closed so we went to the cinema instead

or it could have been ET before that.. i'll have to check which came first

**EDITTED: IMDB'd it and ET was 1982 and Raiders, 1981 ... i was 6 in 1981
 
Transformers the Movie , my mother took me for my birthday ,, i was so excited because we where a lowerclass family and we didnt have many luxuries , so going the cinema was like being shot into space .

how cool is that movie even today , maybe the best non disney cartoon movie . because lets face it , Toy Story 1 and 2 . best MOVIES full stop
 
The first memory i have was seeing the care bears movie and for some reason i ended having to leave because i got scared and started crying..i think i was about 2 or 3 i vaguely remember a rainbow may have turned grey or something and it freaked me out! :D
