Early morning lap swim (15 mins)
Breakfast- Low Fat Activia Yogurt and Bannana
Lunch- 6 slices turkey w/ a few carrots and a few bites of cheese wrap-skim milk
4 mile run (35 minutes)
Dinner- Piece of steak and a handle full of spinach leaves w/ apple and skim milk
And if you wouldn't mind reading tomorrows diet-healthy?

Lunch-spagahti and meatballs, pears, lettuce, oatmeal blueberry dessert bar, milk
60 min jog
Dinner- Meatloaf and mixed veggies, milk
