First date decision making?

So the day after tomorrow I'm going on an all-day date with a guy I connected with online.
When I asked what he had in mind for the two of us he said he was planning on heading out to Old. St.Augustine and then later that evening we could get dinner.
I'm debating with myself over the outfit I plan on wearing.

Outfit One (More Casual)

definiteluy outfit one.

outfit two is a bit too much .. i mean.. the skirt is a bit too short and it might give him some wrong ideas.

the outfit one is cute and casual

very cute. love ur big eyes! not sure if ur hair is long or medium but maybe u can put some cute hair accesory? ( ie hair clip or headband)
I know u can easily pull off the outfit two cuz u got a body but i still think u should wear something casual for the first date.
Since the outfits are all dark colors, u can also wear some colorful accesories like bracelet, necklace earrings.
