First car. Honda Civic or Honda Accord?

I like reliability and I like to go fast. My budget cannot surpass 9000$ But I'm stuck in between these two cars. help?

Either is good. the Civic is smaller and will be less expensive to run. They are peppy little cars..

honda civic is faster but with 9000$ you can get a toyota MR2 , MRS or a CELICA (all 3 are faster and more ''sport'' cars)

If you want to go fast, those are not good options. But, for a first car, you do not need something fast.
