First 2.1 Android Tablet aPad/iPed Clone coming June 29

Hey I'm new here, but I found the site through a techcrunch(or engadget I forget) post.

But back on topic Saw a tweet that linked me to this on twitter today, 2.1 Android tablet with decent specs No WAY!

I just hope it has a good touchscreen to match with the rest of its specs.

I got one last week.

Well... i like it. i will give the 0 to 10 to many features.

Screen (7?): 9 ( works well with the fingers)
Velocity: 8 ( PDF reader are slow. I got one free from the chinese, and was fast)
Weight: Good to handle. Not big as an Ipad. good to travel with.
WIFI: 9 Fast and search hotspots very fast.
Audio: 6 (the speaker is weak, but with headphones, is good)
Apps: 7 (some didnt work.. only with cel phones)
Camera: 6 ( photo and video poor)
USB: 8 (two inputs) My Win7 computer didnt find the drivers. The Laptop witn XP worked well. But the videos and PDF have to go only to the SD, not into the system (shame, mine have 16gb)
Micro SD: 9 (up to 16gb) Mine, 2gb.
Battery: 8 (up to 3 hours in full use)
Internet borwser: 8 (far and fast. NO FLASH!!! , so i cannot see any site with videos)
Overall: 8

I think i will discover more things about the pad, but i like so far.
I would like to install the new system 2.2, but dont know how to do it. Maybe it will make the ped faster.

Please humour a 74 year young man tryig to get an Apad ( iam cheap):
1. I am looking for apad which i can browse, ebook reader, music, youtube, watch soccer and cricket online, and connect to internet 3g or USB stick in a car, park etc.
2. which of these 2.1 is better:

Mine is visually like the one you post.
I cannot see youtube there yet.
I can read some PDFs (some faster than others- but for me is what i want)
There are 2 mini usb in front.
There is a MIcroSD card port (up to 16gb)
I bought here in Brazil (in a mercadolivre.com.br -like EBAY)
I can see FLV videos and some in MP4 (divx)
WIFI ok.
NO 3G.

So, for what i want, is perfect. and the price $199,00 is better
than what i paid here.

It is not perfect, but dont want big screen(ipad) neither the big price here. So, i got the Iped. Is working well, but is not perfect.
