New Law goes into effect, Jan 2011. A good time to reform the current environment of a few bad people setting off illegal fireworks anytime they please. The locals love loud illegal fireworks, the transplanted 'whites' do not. When all the transplants move away from Hawaii, and take their money to invest, create jobs, and build in Hawaii. The Police will begin to enforce and law makers will toughen the laws. Then it will be too late. Hawaii's unpleasant secret problems like fireworks, and the homeless will be know to all on the mainland; and the people all Hawaii want to attract will not come anymore. The tourists, the business investors, and the transplanted citizens looking for paradise?
