firefox Media RSS" help?

i downloaded this thing 4 firefox and most i now about it is it is 3d it hold my favortes and it has channels shoping and my computer i put a video in my favorets and it wont play it said that i have to get a Media RSS" to get to work. i all ready have the midea player so i can play videos on line plzz help me. if u do i give u full stars when i rank u thank u
