Firefox, the brower I happily switched too from IE (terrible) about a year ago, has evidently stopped working for my computer. Though I don't remember updating specifically, I do it often and this is a shared computer so it could have been anyone. Regardless, version 3.61 is the current one that I am using. When I open it, I get the message "unable to connect". My internet connection is fine, as IE is working fine, along with everything else (skype, etc.) Every website brings this message. I have researched an answer multiple times over the internet, in the firefox forums and elsewhere, and found many solutions, none of which worked. I tried making a new profile and many other fixes, but the problem remains.
Furthermore, I downloaded Google Chrome, thinking about just switching over, and it has the same problem.
