ok one day i went on my computer and went on the internet. and it said u need to download adobe. then i downloaded then it had an error. i retried it mutiple times. then i deleted the other adobe stuff i had in my computer thinking it mite work.... it didnt. instead it would download and it would say it is complete even tho it didnt download at all. i also tried turning it on. it didnt work either. idk what to do!. then i went i firefox and today firefox siad u may want to update to the updated firefox.so i said why not. so i downloaded it... it said it crashed. i tried sending it ... it wouldnt work. i tried deleting it and redownloading and still didnt work. and i need firefox and adobe relly bad because now i cant relly do anything on my computer. oh yeh btw im 13 so please make the directions simple lol. ahhhhhh please help it would meen the whole wideee world if u did!!!! ahhh!!
