hey, im a champ. i want to eat some finnish food. my mom said if i could find something authentic from finland, like a recipe, she would make it. i found this one website but i dont want to choose randomly out of a hundred dishes only to have it be like disgusting. i dont really find fish paste too appetizing, so what is a good authentic finnish delicacy?(not something that originated in sweden...). the only reason i want to have some finnish food is because i want to be more cool and attractive like olli jokinen.
