I'm overwhelmed with details, quality of the plot and gameplay, the themes that are in the plot (mainly change), and just how masterfully done every aspect of the game is. This game is the new benchmark. Used to be Baldur's Gate. Not anymore.

The storyline must really pick up then. So far it is a dud.

2-3 hrs of meh-ness.

Done so you can get used to cars and mechanics of the game. Then it eases in and then it picks up after that.

Once you meet Packie, it'll pick right up.

If you're not skipping cutscenes and listening to phone convos then you'll get the full experience.
