Fine dining around Anaheim,CA?

Hi, I will be traveling to Anaheim, California in two weeks. I was wondering if anyone knows of any fine dinning restaurants around the area. My preferences are steak/meat restaurants, fresh seafood, or anything of the sort. I am a rather open-minded person and look forward to your suggestions.

I would suggest Mimmi's cafe on Euclid the service is a little slow but the food is great!My favorite is the shrimp.
