finding mL needed to get pH of 7 Problem!! Please help!!?

pH Problem!! Please help!!?
Given that carbonic acid, H2CO3, has a pKa1 = 6.37 and a pKa2 = 10.33, please answer a and b below.

If you began with 3.5 mL of 0.38 M NaHCO3, how many mL of .1 M HCl need to add to get a pH 7 buffer?

I know I have to use the first pKa value, and the

pH=pKa + Log ( base/acid) , How do I set up the log part, and the base over acid part to get my ml!?!!!
