Finding files on card or device memory

Hello-

I have added files to both the device memory and my microSD card. They are video files. But I cannot find them when I search through my phone for these files. Any suggestions?

When you try through the phone, it will only show the files supported by the device. You can see the files when you connect your phone through USB
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~also if you have your card set up as a mass storage device you can't always are all the items on your card. I had that problem when I first got my card but I fixed it by turning mass storage off in the options menu.

Deidre, open Media in the device in the main icon menu, then when you see the music, video, images and tones icons, just click the BlackBerry button at the left of the pearl and select Explore. Then choose the folder you want to explore, device, media card...
