Finding error codes for 2004 Dodge Caravan?

My 2004 Dodge Caravan has the check engine light on, so I got the error codes from the on board diagnostics. (i.e. I held down the trip odometer post, turn the key to the ON position, waited a few seconds, turned the key off and let go of the post). The error code it showed was E 400.1.
