Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

Ok This series was really good from my eye and i want to know what happened to it and where is it it there any magna(comics) of any more epds ive only seen 1-4 and i wanna see all of them help me please becuase it left me out in the dark right when it was getting into the main story line.

Let's see if I can remember more things about it.

The guy (late teens early 20's) was working on the hover craft ship thing. The robot thing (that was chasing the little girl) was destroying their little house/shack (to find the girl) so they had to leave quickly. They all hopped in the hover craft thing and the girl carried the stuffed animal, I think it was a goat or something.

I would really appreciate the help. I think it might be Ergo Proxy episode 7. But I might be wrong.
