Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

I've been recently collecting the various animes that started my love for the genre. I've begged, borrowed, and repurchased back a good number of my favorites from friends and ebay. Unfortunately I am unable to find the VERY FIRST ANIME movie I've ever seen because I've seen to forgotten the name. I couldn't think of no other place than anime-forums to for the help.

PLOT:

An american spy and his side kick female companion discover 2 crystal pyramids buried(?) seperately in remote areas of Earth. Upon combining the two crystals they discover that it forms a 3D representation of the 5 pointed Star of David. This newly formed crystal immediately displays a 3D holographic map that supposedly pinpoints the exact location of "God's" starship(?)

The international community finds out about the discovery and is on a massive man hunt for the two detectives, the crystals and the possible where abouts of "God's" conveyance. A russian spy comes into the picture half way through the movie as one of the major players sent to retrieve the shards and ultimately destroy God's ship for the better of man kind... I think...

The movie ends with the 2 spies and the russian meeting up in Egypt, the pyramid of Giza turns out to be the tip of "God's" ship and the holy space vehicle is unearthed with the use of the crystals. "God" engages in a short monologue wherein he describes the coming of a rogue planet that will ultimately destroy the Earth unless all of the countries (who are warring at this time over the spaceship) come to an agreement and destroy the menace. "God" dies unfortunately from multiple gun shot wounds delivered by the russian spy shooting up the place...

I'ts an anime, and was available on VHS sometime back in 1989(?) Its all I can remember...

Fellow Anime fans, can someone tell me the name of this movie? Thanks in advance for a quick response.

Unfortunately Spriggan is not the title It was not a series but a one time release. In this particular anime, God turned out to be this embryo or caterpillar looking creature with several monitoring or life support tubings extending from it to the foward command of the ship.

The ship again was under ground and unearthed when the 2 protagonists approached the pyramids of Egypt and triggered the event. The setting is supposedly around the modern 21st century. The spies or archeaologists do not have super human abilities.

I fear the animation was discontinued or maybe pulled from the shelves all together. I believe it was released around the late 80's, early 90's.

could be fanart, or from the upcoming series or some OAV or videogame, though.
 
I bumped into a similar pic of the girl on 4chan in a Death Note thread. So Im guessing shes from Death Note. Though I need other people that is reading the manga for confirmation.
 
Hi! I'm new here and I am looking for a certain picture, I'm wondering if any gurus out there could help me locate one somewhere.

I can only describe the picture, it's not a scene or anything, it's just a single female.

The girls legs are straight but her back is almost arched downwards like she is picking something up. She is wearing a full jumpsuit type outfit and I can faintly remember it being a blue-ish color? She is looking back over her shoulder and giving a nice big V-style smile and a wink..

That's really all I can say. It's not revealing in the least as far as attire goes, I just would really like this picture for some photoshop project I am working on.

Does anyone know what character this might be? Her hair is blonde if I remember right... gah!! Anime gurus help! I know details are minimal but just see what you can do!
 
Hey everyone i am new to this forum and i hope i will have a great time posting on it! But i am in a serious need of some help. I am trying to remember the title of an anime i watched a while ago and i cant seem to bring up the name. From what i remember this is what the show is about

Theres a school and everyone has magic but they can only cast a specific number of spells. The main character is a guy who has a realy low number of possible spellls but he his ancestors are all like crazy magicians so his spells are super powerful. Because of his ancestry there is like 3 or 4 girls who want to marry him. Thats about all i can remember plot wise except for in one of the episodes i watched he remembers the first time he used magic to make it snow in like the middle of summer or something crazy like that.

So if anyone knows this show and can tell me the title i would love them forever! Thanks
