Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

I watched an awesome series that I now for the life of me can't remember.

It had a young man and woman who were messengers and had a kind of airship--they delivered messages for pay.

There were different factions that were fighting that had battleships. All factions used technologly controlled indirectly by a advanced faction.

I was waiting for the next episode in the series, and it's been a while, so I completely forgot the name.
 
I recently came across a disturbing animated gif somewhere in the wilds of the Internet, but as fundamentally wrong as it was, I must admit it piqued my curiosity, and I need the help of you all in identifying the source.

In brief, a typically tall and busty anime girl with long, flowing scarlet hair wearing a purple top and purple boots wraps her hair around a naked man's penis. I don't mean she methodically looped her hair around it with her hands; her hair just sort of coiled around it of its own will. Anyway, she pulls, and the penis comes flying off and lands on his face.

The effect is really more downright bizarre and hilarious than disturbing, and I've been going crazy trying to find out what anime it's from. Any help you could give me in identifying the source is much appreciated. Thanks!
 
Can anyone tell me which order the Slayers tv series follows? I know Slayers Gorgeous is the first, but what follows? And doing the same for movies would be great.

About 6 years ago my older cousin brought over a few anime movies and at the time I didn't really understand them, nor do I remeber most of them. He let me watch Vampire Hunter D and another movie, which is the source of my problem. I don't know the movie's name and want to watch it again.

The stoy was based upon a young girl who passes on to the afterlife somehow, if I remeber correctly. A young boy tries to get her back because he loves her and such. I don't exactly remeber how it ends. I know its very vague and I may have gotten the boy and girl mixed up as well.

Help me, if it's even possible.

EDIT: It may be "Spirited Away", but I don't really think so.
