Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

Does anyone here know of an anime that features a blonde haired girl with a GIGANTIC HAT that has a large eye in the center of it? I got a pack of pictures from one of my friends and she pops up quite a bit in it. If anyone knows plz PM me or just repost after this.
 
Can anyone help me find an anime? I downloaded it back in February. Not Sure of the name. But it was brand new at the time (as in just subbed) It was set in the future. Main charter was a female cop with long black hair that had real blue/black eye shadow on. I know im lacking on the details but any help would be great
 
This is a picture I got in a junk mail advertisement years ago. I kept it because I'm a little embarassed to admit that outfit is pretty hot. It reminds too much of Leia's bronze bikini from Return of the Jedi, I guess. Here it is:

Nope, haven't seen it. But if Satoshi Urushihara is involved it probably has lots of fan service )) I suggest you google for a review.
 
That's Asura from the game Samurai Shodown if I remember it right, apparently they've made an anime from it named Samurai Spirits.

Does anyone know good sites to get pictures or screen shots. U know stuff that can be used in photoshop to make sigs and backgrounds, cause ive been lookin for a while and i cant really find anything worthwhile. If i can get some help i would greatly appreciate it.
