Is there an Ultraman anime??

I seem to recall watching an ultraman anime somewhere. Search on the net turns up little, mostly fanart.

The episode i watched(or rather half an episode), involved ultraman fighting this electrical monster. He defeated the monster but its "brain" broke out of the shell. The the 3 robots in their ship came and helped him.
I remember them having a base in mount rushmore right??

Was i just dreaming or is there such an Ultraman anime?? If so, anywhere that sells it? DVD with english dub preferably?
 
Yep, there was one Ultraman anime series, made by Sunrise / Tsubaraya, in 1979, 50 episodes long.
 
Then maybe you're talking about the movies:

Ultraman USA (1989)
Ultraman Graffiti (OAV, 1990)
Ultraman Company (1996)
Ultraman M78 - Love & Peace (1999)

There's also one TV series: Ultraman Kids (1991), but I don't know if it's some "super deformed" stuff or what.
 
I dont think so. It has to be a series since at the end it was "to be continued"
I remember there aws a "Ultragirl" in that same show too.
And 3 bickering robots(reminded me of R2D2 adn C3PO) on their flagship.

Which series/movie would that be?
