Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

I'm looking for an anime that aired about five years ago in Japan (not sure if it's still running). It was some kind of comedy featuring a little girl with pink hair and a boy with blue. Aside from being set in a tropical place, the only other thing that sticks out is some stalker lady with a fro that scares the bejeezus out of everyone.

I've been searching for years and all I want is the name!

The only pic I have from the anime, the girl is almost always seen with the -_-; look on her face.
 
CharisChoco the anime you're looking for is called Hare+Guu. Put it into google and you'll find a host of sites containing info. Incidently her name is GUU. Hope this helps.
 
I keep seeing this in a banner. Okay, this cannot be anime. It looks like the dude from Jack In the Box resturaunts got a new job. I mean seriously is this a bad guy in the power rangers or what?
