Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

Blind swordsman is easy. Try the guy from Ninja Scroll. The first one is harder, but Kaze from Final Fantasy Unlimited (god awful anime) could fit the bill. He has a black cape and carries a demon gun which is attached to his arm.

Thanks for responding, but the animation was a bit different. I guess its not that important anyway, I'm sure I'll run across it one of these days.
