Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

Okay here's the story, sometime in the mid to late 80's, maybe even early 90's I saw this anime and I had taped it not even knowing it was anime. I really liked it, however sometime over the last 10-15 years being only a child at the time I lost the tape. When I got in to anime around 13 I remebered this anime and I have wanted to find it ever since, but eventually gave up looking for it and forgot about it. Anyways I was going through some old tapes these last couple days which reminded me of it. I've started searching for it again this time hoping the internet can help me out. I don't remeber the name of it but I do remember what happened in it so I tried searching for it online using the description, but to no avail. I'm hoping maybe someone has seen it and could help me out if I was to describe it. Here's what I remember: There's this little girl that has several little talking animal/creature things that are her friends, this van or car that turns in to a flying ship, as well as a magical wand that turns her in to some kind of super magical singer with powers greater then that of a normal human. They are watching TV for some reason and a news report about a plane that disappeared interupts the programing. It turns out the little girls parents are on this plane so she and her friends jump in to their van/car ship and go off looking for them. They eventually find her parents traped on this island. Upon trying to resuce the parents it turns out they aren't captives but the island is filled with orphans and they are taking care of them or something like that. Then for some reason the government or some organization finds the island and in order to rescue the passengers from the plane they start attacking the island. Then the little girl and her friends jump in to their van/car ship to try to defend the island along with the orphan air force if memory serves me correctly. I never actually saw the ending because the tape ran out. So that's the story, I know every detail is probably not correct because it's been a while but I know I have the main story-line right. If anyone knows what anime I'm talking about I would really appreaciate any info you could give me. Thanks.
 
im trying to hunt down 2 films from my child hood

the first one was about this planet that was invaded by some evil force and the whole planet turned brown, but this fighter pilot managed to escape with his fighterjet and warped to earth, there he crashed and got captured by earth forces
so then he was in jail and when he looked out of the window of his cell he saw the ocean and he said, "the ocean" and started to cry
then the humans exaimened his hitech ship and it was very advanced so they made 2 ships based on the same tech and now those 3 ships could combine and become a gigatinc robot, then there was a scene with 2 people arguing and this woman took a sharp metal object and throw it into the other persons throat and there was alot of blood, and then the alien forces that took over the other world also came to earth and there was a big battle
hehe


the other movie i only remember that there was a t-rex that was fighting against these caveman that tried to throw spears and stick on it, they where fighting on beach or something

any clues??

i watched these around 1988 and had the original tapes with proper cover, released as retail in sweden with english dub and swedish text

Firstly, im a noob here and i would like to take this time, to introduce myself. Im andy, im 16 and im obsessed with evangelion, angel sanctuary, Cowboy Bebop, and .....................card captor sakura.....stop laughing!!

Okay back to buisness! I saw this anime about a year ago and i loved it but i cant remember what it was called or almost anything about it. All i know is the following:

It consisted of a character sitting in a dark room, being interrogated by words that would appear on a black backdrop. They would respond to the words (usually questions) in an awkward, uncomfortable way. then we would see a clip of something bad that they did recently (possibly wat they're being interrogated for) and they'd break down and beg the mysterious interrigator to stop. The show would go to commercial, and come back with a new victim.

I know thats not much, but this anime was really wierd and really kool so i want more of it.

PLEEEASE HELP!!!
 
It could also be from a hentai game too. Ask TaronWarrior about that. He might be able to tell you which game it was from.

I'm looking for an anime that i saw a long time ago, when i was around 8-10 years old... Can't really remember exactly when i saw it...
I only saw around five minutes of it and it involved a guy who somersaulted (I think) into a big robot (or maybe mecha? ) and started fighting another big robot. And just when it looked like the good robot was about to lose, a lion robot showed up and the two robots merged and kicked the evil robots a**...
The merged robot was white, blue and red I think... And it had a lionhead on its chest. I can't remember how the evil robot looked like...
I've been looking for this anime a long time now and I was wondering if there is anyone out there who might recognize the description i made...
It's not voltron, that I'm sure of... It might be Brave Exkaiser (or one of the others in the Brave series), but since that one is impossible to find I can't make sure...
Can anyone help me?

Oh, forgot to mention... I'm 21 now so that means the anime is at least 11 - 13 years old...

Okay, so I saw this one episode of this show...kinda new to anime...

What happens is this monster attacking the city, which I believe can go into the ground? (the city I mean). And there are these young pilots of this like mechs. Anyways, for some reason the pilots are injured and the young boy goes and is in the mech. There is this fluid that fills the inside that he breathes in, and he fights the other monster. And...the mech he is operating, sortof changes into a different, almost living mech, anyways he defeats the monster and he is taken to live with this girl.

I believe that this is the 1st episode, is it Evangelion? Or something else?
I dunno I've never seen Evangelion...

I've got an identification request for the resident anime movie gurus... There was a movie on television a several years back, before I really began to get into Anime, and though I was only half watching it at the time because I was working with a computer, it seemed very interesting. I only really saw the last few minutes of the movie undisturbed by my computing. In recent years, I have occasionally taken to attempting to track it down through Google and other such resources. What I do remember is this:
It was a sci-fi futuristic anime with an android-cyborg theme. The storyline followed an android which I think was some sort of experimental project to make androids more realistic and humanlike. A group of high tech (government?) operatives were working to destroy that android, possibly because they believed that this kind of android was against the natural order of the world. As the plot progresses, she (the android) meets up with some guy and they proceed to investigate exactly what it was that the experiment was for. Her android friend is destroyed by the aforementioned operatives, but somewhere along the line it is discovered that this project was an attempt to make androids able to reproduce with humans. There is a final scene in which a fight takes place, but I forgot the outcome of that, only remembering some reference to heaven.
This was (most likely) not a hentai or otherwise perverted animated film, but a look into moral progression of science and technology. I'm sorry for my lack of detail, but it's been a long time since then and from an era before I worshipped anime. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

I need some help from some of you anime experts out there. I'm looking for 2 anime characters, none in particular, I just want a picture. Ok, for the first character: I'm looking for a character (male) that wears a black cape/hood, carries a gun (shotgun preferably),and possibly carries an ammo strap accross his chest. If anyone knows any chacter that looks similar to that, please let me know. And for the 2nd character: Any type of blind swordsman would do (male).
