Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

Hey, I totally missed this post.

It consisted of a bunch of 10 or 15 minute episodes. Is that true or Urotsukidoji? That title sounds wrong but this might be the right lead.

I want to know its title for reference purposes.

could someone tell me from what serie or game this is
 
alright .. basically all i can remember from the anime is:

a group of guys, entered a tournament to fight in.. one had an ability to call out a black dragon / black flame from his hand as he was learning the ability. Another had the ability to kill with a rose or something like it... cant remember for sure, but there was also a girl they were looking for, or something like it. Also the tournament was held in a really big stadium. ;o if that helps :P
i know its not much.. but maybe it strikes some1s memory ;l... plz help..
