Finding a percent of a compound in a sample.?

I have no idea of how to start this but I think you do the empircal formulas first idk.
This compound is composed of entirely iron, sulfur, and oxygen.
Chemical analysis shows that this sample is composed of 3.95g Sulfur and 7.91g Oxygen.
What is the percent of iron in this sample?
Mass Substance is 16.35.
I would love a step by step but if not it's okay.
