find out the sex at 14 weeks?

Is it possible to find out the sex of a baby at only 14 weeks? I know that most websites say 20 weeks but is it possible?
they also told the person it's a girl.
 
it could be, but they told me to really wait until 20 weeks because things might be just too small.
 
Nope I went for my first scan when I was supposed to be 19 weeks and I was only 16 and the tech couldn't tell. So odds are at 14 you won't be finding out.
 
It happens. But it probably won't be very accurate. My boy looked like a girl at my 13 week 5 day ultrasound.
 
nope to to soon .MAYBE at 16 weeks but that is pushing it . Wait a month at 18 weeks and it will be perfect
 
I would say it would not be likely. My doctor told me at 18 wks that he was "pretty" sure it was a girl, but he wouldn't say definitely.
 
Oh I would wait. We tried at 15 weeks and they said girl. So everyone bought us girl stuff for Christmas. We went back at 21 weeks and it's a boy!! :) same thing happen to my cousin. They said girl at 15 weeks and out popped a little boy! Oops! It a good idea to wait until 19 - 20 weeks. :)
 
The earliest I have heard of is 15 weeks with a skilled tech. Maybe they will be able to give you and educated guess but I don't think anyone will tell you that they are 100% sure its a boy or girl.
