Find and extract words in Excel?

In column B in Excel I have list of products, say on 20 rows
Milk, coffee, tea
Milk, coffee, tea
Coffee milk, tea
Tea, Coffee, milk
Milk, tea

I want to do the following:
a) All words coffee and tea and only these words, found in column B to be typed in column D
b) to color also words Coffee, tea only in column B (if possible)
I want to do this with formula
What is the formula in Excel to do this?
