Financial support whilst studying?

I am currently studying for a foundation degree full time (not at uni) and find it very difficult to fit work in at the same time. I tried it in the past and it completely messed my coursework and study up and I got very very depressed.

Is there any kind of income support I can apply for to help me financially whilst studying?
Job seekers allowance (JSA) don't offer benefits if you are studying.

If you are under 18, you may qualify for an Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA). You may also be eligible for help with transport costs to college. Otherwise you need to look at your eligibility for a student loan.
