ok.im 19...and i wanna get my own Studio apartment and here in LA, thats about $750/month and i chose an apartment with no contract since i have no credit report, so its month 2 month. Anyway, how much would I need to have saved if I want such an independent lifestyle. Obviously, With more perks comes more bills...but this apt building pays for trash gas & water...i only have 2 pay electrical, cable & internet, rent etc....Anyway...I have $2,124.65 saved so far.....but I wanna buy furniture and all that FIRST. my monthly spendings are anything between $900-$1,045 and have between $1,300-$1,100 left over. i know this is my personal info and ur probably wondering why I'm sharing this...i really just need financial guidance, and im not ashamed of what i make . How much should i have saved to buy all that i need, have $ saved, and also b able to splurge every now and then.
