is it true I can get financial help for university because my mum's a single-parent? I looked on ucas's website but I couldn't see it in on there. Anyone know?

you can indeed!
Each university will offer bursaries and grants dependant on how much your mum earns per annum! I cant give you exact figures because each uni is different. Order a prospectus from the uni you want to go to from UCAS, this is free, and all the financial help available is in the back. You can also get a student loan to help with living costs and materials etc, which you dont pay back until your in a full time job and earning £15000 or more anyway, so theyre worth looking at too
