Ok i need a car, but i am a college student who receives pell grant and cal grant b. will buying and financing a used car affect how much much i get? if so then can i finance it under my name but place my uncle as the owner of the car? i live in LA and have to take 2 buses to get to school. im also planning to take summer school that's also going to be a problem too.
