financial aid question for college?

currently i attend to a $4,000 a year for 15 hours a semester. And the financial aid granted to me from fafsa pretty much cover the whole tuition, but the question is: Is it true that if I attend to a more expensive university the financial aid granted to me might increase? depending on the tuition of the university?
