I just got my financial aid package last week, I know it was late, but not my fault. However, the package states that the payments from aid will be given august 24th, but my semester payment deadline for everything is august 10th. Im attending parsons new school for design. Are there any options I can go about doing this, or is this an ordinary situation? I asked my financial aid advisor but she put me on hold forever, and my phone ran out of minutes
