Financial Aid Overpayment?

Ok, I attend Devry University Online and I receive Federal Pell Grants and federal loans to pay for school. But lately they have been messing up my financial aid. As of today they have notified me that I have to pay back $803, because they entered the wrong data and refunded me back to much money.Instead of $803 they where only suppose to refund me $30. That isn't my fault that someone enter the wrong information. The financial aid office states that my financial aid is on hold and I cannot take any courses until this is paid in full. This is so unfair that I am having to stop school because of their mistake. Is this fair. The only thing that they could say is that I should check my financial aid information on my account daily. I work full time,take care of two children, and attend school full time. I am very responsible and I also keep track of all my financial aid activity and the cost for the semester.This has never happen to me before.It shouldn't be my full responsibility to add the cost of school and make sure that my financial aid refund is going to be enter into the system correctly. So what should I do?
