Financial Aid for College ?

i got financial aid for college, but 2/3rds is loans. im going to be attending to college of charleston and need to get a parking spot. i found 1 on craigslist for only $100 a month. would i be able to use my Full coverage financial aid to pay for that? how do i get my hands on that money? any help appreciated
