Financial Aid for California Community College?

I want to transfer to UCB or UCLA from California Community College

But I'm a Washington State resident and do not have money to live in california and pay the tuition for CCC.

Is there any way that I can get a full financial aid for CCC from Washington state?
And hopefully some money for living?
