I was born in the U.S.A. But when I was a little kid my parents (who are peruvian) and I moved to Peru. Now I want to attend college in the States, but I don't know how my parents are going to file their tax returns if they are non Citizens and live in a foreign country. What should I do?
They were never U.S. citizens, just lived there for a short period of time after my birth, back in the nineties. I'm a dual citizen.
