I'm trying to see my cards status on Higher One, but it keeps telling me to log on to check it. I can't log on because I need the card to make an account. The help section says to put in our last 4 digits of our social security but it asks for our birthday so I'm just confused. Anybody have suggestions as to how I can log on to see where its at? It's been a more than a week and I haven't gotten it. I'm going to ask at the college but I want to see what any of you have to say.
