Okay, so here is what i've done
In august applied for a loan. august through November went in to fincial aid office to see where it was. 3-4 times a month so about once a week. sometime they wuould say they were waiting, but the next time would say oh wel we cant process this till you fill out this paper or do that. then in nov they finally tell me "oh well we cant really do unsubsidized loans from sally may we dont have an aggreement for those"
so i went though another company and got a private loan. waited for the bank to process it. they told me I was once again approved so I call the school and they tell me "well we've gotten it but since we dont get many of those we do more important work then later we do those when we get to them"
UNEXCEPTIABLE. there is no reason for that they are a school and should want their money i'm out of classes right nwo cus I CANT PAY FOR THEM!
so I try to call student retention services to see what they can do... well that got rid of that department.
who do I call next? the dean of students? someone else... please help!
