financial aid appeal?

okay, the financial aid office gave me an a book and tuition voucher before they found out to see if i had qualified now they are saying i didn't and want me to pay 857.00 even though if i drop my classes i still have to pay the money, so how can i go about putting this in my appeal.
 
You don't need to put this in your appeal. If you win the appeal, then you'll receive financial aid to cover this cost. If you don't win the appeal, then you'll still be responsible for paying it. It's ultimately your responsibility (not the school's) to be aware of how much financial aid you have received and if you received it at all.
