Finally! Nokia e70-2 Firmware Upgrade Available on Nokia

BB Connect isn't available for the e70-2. I've loaded several of the Europeon files (which load fine) but after launching the application the PIN field is blank. This didn't happen on my e61. Nokia says that it isn't ready yet for the -2 model. This really pisses me off since I bought it to have BB Connect. I haven't tried Good since the update. And actually, hadn't really given it a thought since I'm using Mail for Exchange with my server. I did contact Good and they said that it may work, but they don't support it. They also couldn't give me a ETA as to when it or if it would come out.
 
Firmware now reads - 2.0618.07.10 - woohoooo - First impression is that screen rotate from normal to landscape is a couple of seconds, but from landscape to normal is alot faster...

Software update tells me that it "can't find any new updates, try again later" . What gives? I'm still 1.0610.05.07. I tried reinstalling SU and still nothing. Any advice?
 
Happy to report my update went very smooth. Had to do it twice tho. For some reason the 1st try didn't do it. All is sweet now tho. It`s like getting a tune-up. I like using this phone even better now. The nokia browser is really quick.
 
I did mine a couple nights ago and didn't notice much difference really.. the NSU failed or claimed to fail so I though awe crap i nerfed my new phone. Anyways let the phone sit awhile, took the battery in and out, it booted up fine, claims to have v2 firmware on it. not sure if there is really any test i can do to confirm it.

I tried to flash it again got the same error..

Anyone else hit this?
 
Hmmm...man, i just feel lucky that my firmware update went smoothy - sorry, no advice to offer up for those with failing updates...

I just wish the portrait-Landscape was a biiiiiittt faster....
 
I don't mind the landscape switch that much, my beef is the out of memories coming from the 6620 i could leave everything open in the background this one not so much, but the qwerty keyboard is AWESOME!! battery life could be better as well but it seems to last all day at least
