Finally N73 is added to NSU

I downloaded the Nokia Software Updater to my desktop, I double click the icon to open it and the grey screen comes on and then closes.

The firmware was not available for my product code so I couldn't update to the new f/w on NSU. There are updates available for other product code so I just changed it to the available ones so I can update to the new f/w on NSU.

"Updating software failed. Would you like to try to update again?"

Uhm. . .yes?

Edit: Second time's a charm I guess. I'm restarting it after reformatting it again now. The first time it was super laggy because it was installing all of the items from my memory card, but I formatted it and we're starting over.

So far, the best thing I've noticed is that the pops and hisses are GONE, and I mean GONE while making phone calls, as someone else said. That alone is worth the upgrade. Calls are VERY clear.

cant wait to update mine tonight!

Well I don't have the PC Suite Installed on my PC..

But I have the NSU installed.. I just plugged it into the USB, then the phone prompt me to pick.. I picked PC Suite.

Then USB started installing drivers for my phone.. When everything was fine and installed them.. Then I search for the update.. Which luckily I got one!

I hope this helps..

Well looks like I still cant launch it, but I saved a pdf doc to mem card and opened from file browser and it loaded, wouldn't load from msging app (as an attachment), nor will the prog launch by itself.
