I thought the first one was really good - although I was majorly traumatised by the plane crash scene as am scared of flying and it was like watching my worst nightmare!
The second was too gory for me - it didn't really have much of a storyline at all and was just all about the special effects of people dying in hideous ways which put me off it - that said the death of the boy at the end by the BBQ made me laugh!
He died between films when after leaving Clear's home for the first time in about 6 months a brick fell on his head from a neighbouring apartment/building and killed him. After that Clear booked herself into the padded room knowing she'd be next.
I love the comedic attitude that FD2 took to death..it was refreshingly different from the trying-to-be-serious first one. I hope the third one can out-do the previous ones..
I dont know if anybody has already mentioned this yet but isnt Cheating Death : Final Destination 3 planned to be a 3D release which should be very interesting!
Also Tony Todd is going to be returning for the third film in the series!
i dunno whether 3d will make it good, if the director does it right they it will be great but if s/he relies on it compleatly rather than putting as much imagination in to it as he did in the past then it won't be as good.
